The COVID-19 Update:
The Factory management is ensuring a very strict discipline & implementation of our COVID-19 policies. The new cases in our factory have slowed down. Employee strength is improving. By God's grace so far there are Zero Fatalities among the employees.

The Infra Update
We are proud of our maintenance team who have worked hard, endured & successfully commissioned 20 new machines in the last 6-9 months (mostly the pandemic phase). These include the following,
1 : 5-Axis Horizontal Machining Centers - 4No's
2 : High-Precision Turning Machining Centers - 11No's
3 : Vertical Machining Centers - 5No's
This was a real challenge. Kudos to our Maintenance team & their efforts in bringing all the machines online at the earliest. They will start giving output from this month. With these new investments, we are anticipating to have at least 30-40% more productivity.
The Materials Update
We take this opportunity to thank all our channel partners who are supplying steel to Sai Deepa. We appreciate your support under these unstable times. Our long-term experience and knowledge in handling such market fluctuations, enable us to be pro-active and take charge in delivering uninterrupted performance.
Yet another rise in the steel price this month is certain to worry the market sentiments. The changing demand in other sectors & the fabrication industry, has affected the industry. We feel that the steel prices may remain on the higher side even in the next quarter. We are trying our best to mitigate these supply issues. Sai Deepa is prepared to face tougher situations and ensure smooth deliveries for our customers.
The Learning Update
Online education is the need of the hour. Sai Deepa started our online learning series. These are short sessions of one hour happening twice a week. The employees can attend from any location with their phones or computers. The sessions include a mixture of videos, slides & interactive discussions. Each set of sessions is followed by an online exam. I congratulate those who scored well in these exams.
