SOLAR POWER

Working Towards Net Zero

Saving  power, paper, scrap, batteries & renewable energy, we shall soon become a Net Zero Company

A Net Zero Energy Emissions means that we either use no energy which results in emissions or offsets the emissions by exporting emissions-free energy. Thus, our objective is to reduce usage of energy which is electricity. This is possible by improving the process and increasing use of renewable energy.

Currently, Sai Deepa is replacing our rooftops with solar panels. This will help us keep the roof on our heads and also smartly generate power. Some section wise details are as follows,

1. Hammer Section - 416 PANELS – 226.72 KW (0.22672 MW)

2. Cutting Section   - 132 PANELS – 71.94 KW (0.07194 MW)

3. Bit Section           - 288 PANELS – 156.96 KW (0.15696 MW)

In addition, Sai Deepa also has a separate unit which generates solar power, which is deducted from the monthly usage of the factory. Overall, Saideepa is using 30% of its required power through renewable energy & plans to reach net-zero soon.

Power Reduction & Saving:

Saideepa is using modern machinery which controls usage of power & optimizes performance of machines. We have also adopted to reduce the usage of paper in offices. Maximum work happens on paperless basis.

Saving power, paper, scrap, batteries & renewable energy, we shall soon become a NET ZERO Company.
